Strata Learning Collective
Strata Learning Collective is an education organization serving children from early learning through school age. We design and operate connected programs that support children as they grow, offering continuity across early learning, after-school care, and camps.

Our programs are grounded in child development science, strong relationships, and experienced educators. Learning environments are intentionally designed to support brain development, executive function, emotional regulation, and independence across developmental stages.

While each program reflects the needs of its community, all are supported by shared values, aligned systems, and steady organizational leadership.

Our Leadership Approach
Strata Learning Collective is supported by an experienced leadership team with backgrounds in early childhood education, school-age programming, operations, and organizational leadership. Leadership is shared across the organization and grounded in strong relationships with educators and site leaders.

The leadership team engages in ongoing learning, research, and reflection to strengthen practice and stay aligned with how children develop and learn. This work informs program design, educator support, and long-term planning across all Strata programs.

Shared systems and aligned practices create consistency without uniformity. Programs remain deeply rooted in their communities while working within shared standards, aligned pedagogy, and experienced leadership that spans the full organization.
Our Programs
Strata Learning Academy
Infants through Pre-K​
Strata’s Early Learning programs support children during the most formative years of development. Experiences strengthen executive function and independence through exploration, collaboration, and intentional teaching.
​Strata Learning After School
TK through Grade 6​​​
Strata’s Before and After School programs support children beyond the school day in partnership with schools and districts. Experiences balance structure and flexibility through projects, movement, and collaboration.
Camp Strata
Entering TK through Grade 12​
​​Strata’s Camps support children and adolescents through immersive experiences during school breaks and summer. Programs emphasize exploration, creativity, collaboration, and leadership.
